Booking Conditions

The house is booked for a specified period. Extensions to this period can only be made through prior arrangement with the owner.

The house is available from 4pm on the day of commencement of the let and should be vacated by 10:30am on the day the let terminates.

To secure a booking, a deposit of £150 must be received by the owner within 7 days of the booking being made. Payment must be accompanied by a completed booking form. You may book through our online booking system, or if you prefer, download and print a booking form from the ‘Booking 21 Shoregate’ page and post it or email a scan to us.

By paying the deposit, you will be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of letting.

The balance is due not later than 4 weeks before the let commences. If the balance is not paid by the due date, the booking will be deemed to have been cancelled.

The deposit is non-refundable and holiday cancellation insurance is strongly recommended. If a cancellation is made within four weeks prior to arrival, the full balance will be non-refundable unless the property is re-let, in which case only the rental deposit of £150 will be non-refundable.

The occupier must agree that the purpose of the let is for holiday purposes only and that under the terms of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1998, the let is not an Assured Tenancy.
